Seems like a very long time since I updated this!
Had great time at SFBall and have already booked for next year... James Callis was lovely, and there are photos of me and him, one of me on my own, the other with me and the lads (they got theirs done on Sunday and invited me along; what can I say, the lure of the Callis was strong!) which I need to scan in and put up... the Saturday night was great fun, all of us all dolled up, and I think choosing the haddock for the meal was the better choice as the venison seemed to be a little overdone... the quote of note was that "I have knee high boots that are more tender than this!"
Huge difference having the Monday off work... we had to be out of the B&B by ten, so were up for breakfast at half eight...which was hard work, but when I reminded myself that normally on a con Monday I'm touching down in Dublin Airport by then, it sat a little better! Still though, have spent this week recovering and not helped by the fact that I have a sore throat, and cold and slight loss of voice!
BUT! The big news? Himself has a job in a Dublin hospital, starting April 10th! *happy dances* Now, just to move him over here full time...
