For
siljamus - 3 facts about Sam Carter, plus 2 that sneaked in.
Sam
1. She was jealous of Daniel before she met him. Jealous that he did in days what she'd spent two years doing. Jealous that he got to go through the Gate when she got left behind. By the time she met him on Abydos though, she was over that, wanted to meet this genius who had succeeded where she had failed, was actually looking forward to putting a face with the name. She just didn't expect such a handsome face - pictures didn't do him justice.
2. She felt a little left out when she heard that, in the year he was gone, he appeared to Teal'c and Jack, but never to her. He might have told her that it because he knew she didn't need him, but that only made it hurt more, not less.
3. When she stood in that tent with him, and he asked her if there had ever been something more between them, it was the first time that she ever considered lying to him. Because she had considered it, even more in the year that he was gone, and she didn't find the thought at all unappealing.
4. She doesn't have many regrets, but she regrets telling the truth that time.
5. Vala is her friend. But every once in a while during those long years on the Odyssey, she found herself looking at her and Daniel, and wondering "What If?"
