(no subject)
So today wasn't a bad day (worked the kids to death which is always a good thing) then I got home and heard, as you do when you're sipping tea and talking to the mother, someone on one of the afternoon shows mention that they would be doing a tribute to Christopher Reeve.
Me: Mammy, why are they doing a tribute to Christopher Reeve?
HelsinkiMammy: He died.
Nothing like breaking it to a fangirl gently... though I'm just thanking my lucky stars that none of the kids dropped that particular bomb on me... tears in front of a class are not a good thing.
Currently looking at Somewhere in Time *sniffle* and did Rosetta earlier on... *more sniffles*
Oooooh and I found the OBC of Wicked in town on Saturday... cost a bloomin' fortune, but so completely worth it. I feel a new musical addiction coming on!
