Robin Cousins, I love the very bones of you and I always will, but you were wrong, wrong, wrong tonight. Yes, Michael may have messed up his steps (omitting crossovers) and Melinda may have nailed her lift, but he's a better skater than she is, and was better overall in the skateoff. Sucks to be Fred and Mel.
Todd should have been in the skate off, if not against Colleen then against Ellory. He might have got the lift down, but the rest of the program was shite. He was like those skaters that can nail a quad but their steps and spins are shit. Chengjiang Li was the one that sprang to mind. And as for Frankie's reaction when they were called safe ("We rule, we rock" I think it was) ... em, yeah, not so much there. I still don't think she likes him.
And Jason... for once, he was making sense, giving good constructive criticism and he gets roared over by the crowd. Didn't think that was on, nor was I impressed with Karen berating him when he was saying that Colleen needs constructive criticism... I know she might be saying that Colleen gets it every day and I'm sure she does, but he's a judge, and that's his job, and for once he was doing it properly.
