I just had to say - I'm reading the ACM nominations (thanks![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
misssimm-- (and why yes, I will be begging people for video links; the school broadband service needs a workout!)) and see in the best newcomer category, American Idol 2 reject (and boy, was he a reject) Josh Gracin is nominated in best newcomer category. *twitches at the notion of Josh Gracin and best in the same breath* He's up against Big & Rich... is it too much to hope that they will kick his ass live on national television? Not that either of them stand a prayer against Gretchen Wilson, but I have hope!
Also, just to be shallow? The male vocalist category? (With apologies to Alan Jackson) is a very very good looking bunch.
