Mar. 15th, 2005 10:36 pmYeesh, it's been a while since I updated this... and as you can see, the fic writing muses are not with me of late, ergo the reason why. Nor will it get better this week, what with the world skating championships being on...
Today, I planted trees with the kids, drew half a scale plan of hte classroom (teaching scale to kids, not fun) and we had a school quiz in Irish... 100 kids all in the PE hall, answering questions as Gaeilge... fun! Then had to go up to cousin's house, as her daughter is four today, and she got a makeup kit as part of her present... I looked normal going in, looked like Aunt Sally coming out.
Tomorrow, we get to take the girls to the local girls secondary school to see the musical they're doing of My Fair Lady... ergo, not much work will be done, and we're off Thursday for St Patrick's Day...
And I'm still off everything for Lent, and it's getting very hard! *g*
Thus endeth my whinge.
