Oct. 2nd, 2005 10:15 pmSo, I'm looking at the American football on Sky Sports, and I hear Kevin Cadle (host guy) say, oh so casually, that the Superbowl next year is on the 5th of February.
That is the Sunday of Wolf: Pegasus One, the Atlantis Convention.
That I will be going to.
I am going to a convention on the Sunday of the Superbowl.
I did this four years ago, got my sister to tape the game and only avoided being spoiled by the skin of my teeth. Of course, I got a late flight home, and the only close call was that unfortunate incident involving the radio, the four o'clock news and my mother nearly crashing the car as I shrieked, clapped my hands over my ears and began to sing quite loudly. This year however, I think I'll be going straight to school... can I rely on my staff room not to spoil me?
Oh to hell with it, I'll threaten them all.
