Dec. 15th, 2005 08:28 pmSo today, at lunch as the kids were going out, I got my mobile phone out as I had to make a phone call. And I get a message to tell me that Obi Ndefo (Raknor from SG1) is the new guest for SG11. My response is to just about stop myself from squealing in front of the kids who are lingering in the room, "EEEEE!!!!!! It's Bodie from Dawson's Creek!"
Yes, that scares me too that I'm so happy about that, but since I never knew the character's name until that text message (he will always and forever be Jaffa!Bodie to me) it makes sense. Thanks
conjunkie!
Have been in good mood all week, am feeling a little stressed at the moment. Got hair done today, went shopping for quick look afterwards (had to pick up something for HelsinkiDaddy) and got home at 7, had dinner, and now it's half eight, and I have to pack, and then a child came up to me today, her mother couldn't make it up to the P/T meeting last week and wants a report sent home. Which means I have to sit down, in the two weeks before Christmas, the busiest time of the year, and write an actual report, and I said I'd do it this week before realising how busy this week is, and the child was up *asking* for the report today. *seethes* I'm sorry, but if you can't possibly find the time to come up to the school, on any day of the week, at any time of the day, then you can flippin' well wait for your bloody report!
But I'm going to Manchester tomorrow, so it's all good!
