Feb. 27th, 2006 11:10 pmIt's always nice to come into work on a Monday, and when all hope is gone, be told at lunchtime that yes, we do, in fact, as local tradition dictates, have a half day tomorrow. *happy sigh* I love local traditions and HelsinkiPrincipal.
For those of you who wonder - we traditionally have a half day for to make the pancakes on Pancake Tuesday. Yes, I know it's ridiculous in this modern age, and between that and the fact that parents got literally told today, there's going to be holy shooting war.
However, for this year at least, they can't unring a bell, so let's all happy dance! *insert spazz dance here*
And - anyone who writes West Wing fic?? Go forth and sign up! The Leo McGarry Ficathon - you know you want to!
