NCIS fic: A Most Unusual Groupie

ncis_flashfic had an amnesty on their AU challenge and I got plot bunnied, but then what I wrote was way too long and I've since been tinkering and tinkering with this, and now this is something that I think I might be able to get 25,000 words out of if I signed up for het_bigbang. Therefore, I am throwing this out there to see what people might think about that!
