NaBloPoMo Day 28
Nov. 28th, 2013 09:02 pm28 What fandom and/or ship do you Just Not Get that everyone else seems to love?
There are a few fandoms fitting the bill, Supernatural probably being the obvious. But the fandom/ship I really Just Don't Get right now is Hawaii Five-0. The Steve/Danny ship, while I can see why people ship it, I don't get how people look at the show and say it's all about the Steve/Danny and throw flaming brickbats at anyone who might say "Well, no", let alone anyone who dares defend the character of Catherine. (Sidebar- there are many reasons to headdesk at Michelle Borth's twitter antics, just as there are many reasons to grind your teeth about the writing for her character. However, I'm talking about the people who hated her for no other reason than she is Steve's girlfriend and would hate her even if she spewed sunshine and rainbows on twitter and was the best written female ever.)
