Fic: spinning round in my head (burning red) {NCIS LA, Nell/Callen}

So, last week Princess was sick with chickenpox. I took a couple of days off to mind her and on day one, she literally fell asleep on top of me on her sofa. So what could I, unable to move without waking her, do but catch up on some of the NCIS Los Angeles eps on my Sky box?

One of those episodes was War Cries, ie the one where Nell finds herself in the boathouse with a killer, kicks a little ass and falls into Callen's arms.

I'm not making that up.

Not long after, jenab did the ship meme where I asked her to talk about Nell/Callen. I replied, burbling about that scene, she replied to me saying she then had gone and reblogged a gifset of it on tumblr. I instantly found her on tumblr, followed her and hit reblog.

And then, I got a plot bunny and it is written out here.
