Holy mother of God, could they have picked a worse set of 6???? Seriously, by the time Jessica came out, I had visions of ITV looking for Jeff Gilooly's phone number because Ray is obviously the class (you have no idea how much I wanted to leave out the cl) of the field and based on the skates we've seen so far, they might as well give him the trophy now.

Thought Melinda was better than the marks she got, but ended up in third where she belonged so can't really argue. Though hello...Barbie and Ken much?

Impressed with Zoe, and felt sorry for Colleen, more so for the partner she has than anything, didn't like her at all.

And for all the hype about the battle of the soap babes... well, IMO, they'll be battling in the dance off rather than the final. Doubt Colleen will go, the Loose Women vote will help her out there. Melinda could fall in if the two girls have a soap fanbase that vote and she doesn't. But yeah... Gemma was too nervous and Roxie was too stiff. Very disappointing.




Liked Vegas, found it an interesting look at a different universe. Liked how it was set entirely in that universe also.

Enemy at the Gate though, I loved. As a series finale, it was all you could have wished for. A decent storyline (nice how they tied it into Vegas), cameos from all the people we've come to know (even Kavanuagh came back! And Caldwell and Michael Beach, whose name I can't remember, and Lorne was there, and Amelia, and Carson and everyone! God I sound like Dorothy at the end of the film!) and some lovely touches.

Sam in temporary command of the SGC, and the renamed Phoenix - the General Hammond. Lovely, lovely touch, and so nice of them to remember Don like that. "Wow, that was sudden." "Heart attack, I was off world." Didn't think they'd go there, happy they did.

Atlantis saving the day at the end, swooping in when all seemed lost!

Spent a bit of time going "Ronon! No!" So glad they brought him back, liked the bit with Amelia at the end.

Loved the back shot of Ronon and Jennifer against the Golden Gate Bridge. I need a screencap of that, and the answer to the question, how soon is it ok to use spoilerific icons? I like those two together, have done since the start, and like how they handle it. Rodney's line at the end was perfect, if I can just remember it... "I've got this and I've got you" or something like that?

And Atlantis on Earth? For how long? Permanent or will they go back to the Pegasus galaxy? I wants to know dammit!


Dioscesan religion inspectors in class tomorrow. Am behind in Religion program, but oh well. They are well able to talk and ask questions, they can sing a song, and at least I shall have had more sleep than the last time they came to talk to me. (It was the Monday after SG9. The party finished in London at 3, I stayed up until half 5 chatting - this was the event and the night at which Himself and I got chatting and swapped numbers) then got to the airport, flew to Dublin at 7 o'clock, landed at half 8, got into school for half nine-ish, and they were in to me at 11.15. Yes, the only sleep I had was on the plane, and there was precious little over the weekend. Fun times)
