helsinkibabySo, Himself is working nights, and I caved and downloaded the first ep of season 4 BSG.
(Yes, I know it's on SkyOne next week. But apparently, I joined the VerySpecialComm last summer and forgot about it, and it meant I didn't have to brave the torrents, because I don't know how to yet, and Himself is on nights, and I've got loads of other stuff to look at but it is BSG and it was either that or I continue looking through recaps of Sweet Valley books on LJ comms that I have found and yes I know, it's Sweet Valley, I know this, but there are recaps people and it is my teenage years coming back to me and how I wish those books had survived the Dad Purge and yet many did not though there are still some in my parents attic, and anyway, BSG)
OMG, the new titley cardy things made me squee. Finally no more "They have a plan" palaver, because dude, seriously, they so don't.
Loved Kara coming back from the dead and the obvious confusion. Still not liking Kara much.
My heart broke for poor sweet Sam when he was being all sweet and caring and she told him that if he was a Cylon she'd shoot him between the eyes.
Nice scene between Adama and Lee, where they finally talk about Lee's career like adults. Loved the Zak line... wondering if that's foreshadowing?
Roslin is staying in Adama's quarters? "Just until we find somewhere else to put her"?? Suuuuuuuuuuure.
Anyone else notice the wedding ring that Mary McDonnell apparently forgot to take off?
Snippy Gaeta is love... and I'm sure I saw him standing beside Dee at some point when Kara came back.... I want more Dee.
Chief and Sam? Guys, I appreciate you're freaking out, and that you, Chief, want to smack Sam upside the head and get him into a Viper. However, talking the way you were talking in the middle of the flight deck in the middle of insanity where there are more extras than an open casting call can hold is not the way to keep a secret.
The dream with Tigh? Copped it was a dream pretty quick, but dang if it wasn't well done.
End scene? Man, is it next week yet???
Yes, I know that's in no way coherent. I'm off to read SV recaps. Help me.
