helsinkibabySpoiler for CSI season 9 premiere under the cut.
According to csifiles, via spoilertv, and I quote, "the season nine premiere of CSI will be called "For Warrick". The team grieves for their fallen friend, also Sara returns when she hears the news. Unknown to the team the killer, the Undersheriff, investigates the murder. Also Ecklie hires a new CSI Bryce Adams (Lauren Lee Smith)."
So Warrick definitely dead, but GD appears in the episode, not in flashbacks,(as I've read somewhere else, probably CSI files.)
And Sara coming back when she hears? If I had time, I'd be ficcing that one right now before I get myself Jossed.
