Spent most of today with the kids on tsunami watch, with the internet on in the background being refreshed every so often. Really wish I didn't have the current events to show them. Thoughts and prayers with those affected.

In view of that, it seems almost petty to lament the breakups of Zhang and Toth and Dube and Davison, but I shall do it anyway.

In better news, my copy of Claudia Gray's Afterlife arrived today, so looking forward to reading that.

On the down side, it appears I may have crocker my back/leg...limping like one who is ninety, very painful to walk, drive, move from standing to sitting and vice versa... Leg is the more painful but intermittent aching in my back makes me think that that's what I twisted and the pain is carrying down to the leg. Am taking anti-imflammatories and trying to rest, but with an active 15 month old that is nigh on impossible!
