Quick question

helsinkibabySo I have been working on my Cotton Candy Bingo and strangely enough, I have been making icons. Nothing fancy, very basic in fact but icons nonetheless. And I have no clue of how to do an icon post but I know there are people on my flist who do, so I ask you, oh wise flist, how do I go about creating one of those icon table thingumybobs?
