The Band Gazebo

So, myself and Himself are catching up on our viewing, working our way through the various recordings on the SkyBox. And last night we got to the Fringe episode "Brown Betty".

All I have to say?

You have Michael Cerveris in the guest list, not just his usual blink and you'll miss him cameo bit, you're doing a musical episode and you do not let him sing?????? I call bullshit!

Link more for myself than anyone else, though I find it quite cool... an article on The Observer from a Fringe wiki, with screencaps that show yes indeed he has been in every episode in blink and you'll miss him moments, saving me hours of going back and looking at the show.

One more week of school, then a day and a half til Christmas. Have no cards written (or even bought) and nowhere near enough presents; am going to blitz it tomorrow and thereafter people are getting vouchers.

So the rumours about Stephane Lambiel and retirement were right... sad to see him go because I always liked his skating, but if he's too injured to do his best, it's the right thing for him. And after withdrawing from Euros and the time he had at worlds this year, it's probably the best thing for him... I just can't help but think how giddy a certain Frenchman must be at the moment.

I have seen the first two episodes of Fringe. I don't love it, but I like it, and I will be keeping on looking at it, because, like Arlene Philips when Mark Ramprakash was dancing, I lose all perspective when Joshua Jackson is on my tv screen.

Fangirls never grow up, we just change demographic.
