Tomorrow is my last day at school until September 1st 2010 (or whenever the next school year starts.) This freaks me out a little bit.

Nobundari Oda's Chaplin program was every bit as good as it was said to be. Except for the fact that he twists the cane in his right hand when Charlie Chaplin was a leftie but I am pathetically anal like that and continue to wait for someone to get it right.

Have just looked at the pilot of "The Mentalist" which has been sitting on the hard drive since October and due to real life events has remained unwatched. However, based on the "tis better to download immediately and delete later if unwanted" I have the remainder of all that is aired still to watch.

And boy am I glad!!!!!

Simon "I have loved you since E Street" Baker/Denny/Baker-Denny, whatever name you are going by at the moment, you had me at "It really isn't as bad as it looks."

Robin Tunney does not even annoy me! (Yet - can I add that proviso?)

And good supporting characters, I am interested!

That said, I go now to turn on BBC1 and see who the new Doctor Who is... the bookies' favourite is Patterson Joseph, who would not break my heart, I remember liking him in Casualty back in the day. Had the notion during the week that Dexter Fletcher would be a quirky choice and now cannot get the idea out of my head, but should be interesting either way, if only to see the reaction the choice will get on various message boards!
